e-testing is pleased to announce that we have won the tender to work with Cancer Research UK, the world’s leading charity dedicated to research into cancers and Europe’s leader in developing novel anti-cancer treatments.
Cancer Research UK has an active technology function – numbering some 150 people – with a strategic vision to fully exploit the opportunities created by the web, CRM tools and all its associated technologies. The technology environment is advanced – with large Enterprise systems, advanced Web platforms, Knowledge Management and Intranet systems
e-testing CEO Derrick Pereira said that the e-testing consultants couldn’t be more happier working on several of the Cancer Research testing projects. Whatever our contribution, you know that it ultimately goes towards the priceless work CRUK supports – over 4,500 scientists, doctors and clinicians every year, in 35 UK towns – some employed by Cancer Research UK, the rest supported in their research via a grant-funded system across universities, hospitals and institutes. Apart from the challenging aspects of working on the testing projects, this alone brings a huge amount of self satisfaction.
e-testing is typically involved in the testing of all fund-raising applications where, for every £1 spent, CRUK raises £4 more.
