What is ISO 9001?
ISO 9001 certification is an internationally recognised standard demonstrating commitment to quality and client satisfaction as well as continuous improvement.
An organisation’s quality management is governed by its actions to ensure that its products or services satisfy its client’s quality requirements and complies with any regulations applicable to those products or service.
e-testing regards highly the ISO 9001 Quality standards and made a strategic decision in 2003 to invest in implementing a Quality Management System within the company.
Compliance with ISO 9001, for e-testing, means that our organisation manages its key processes in a consistent manner and is required to demonstrate commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
The company has now signed up with Centre for Assessment (CFA), an international organisation who provide assessment and certification against a range of internationally recognised standards, which includes ISO 9001.
e-testing goes through a full assessment process every three years as well as an annual surveillance visit from the assessors CFA.
e-testing’s current ISO 9001 Certificate is valid until 2nd May 2018.
