Usability testing is becoming more important in recent times, with the rise in use of the web based systems and the importance of getting the user experience just right.

The objective of this 2 day course is to provide an understanding of the importance of Usability when considering software systems and the mechanisms by which it can be measured.

The course also provides practical examples of techniques that can be used to measure usability and describes the usability test process in detail, as related to International standards.
