This is a service we offer that takes away the pain of recruiting testers. This service has proved valuable to some of our clients and ensured that they get the right staff for the job, without having to spend significant amounts of time interviewing multiple candidates that are in the main not suitable to do the actual work. Because our screening and interviewing is carried out by software testing professionals, we ensure that only the candidates suitable for the role are presented for face to face interview with the client. Often this means only two or three candidates for a role which, accompanied by a high success rate means our clients can be assured of getting the right people for the job.

After an initial discussion with one of our test consultants, we will put together a job specification. We then search our existing database, contacting people we know with the right skills, supplementing this with placing adverts. The first stage of screening is a phone interview with a test consultant. We put together a series of questions from our question bank, based on the job description agreed. The candidates judged suitable for interview are job are then presented to the client for a face to face interview.
