| Job Description | Recruitment Resourcer required for e-testing on fast moving project requirements. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 12 months experience in recruitment, be computer literate and have a good telephone manner. They should also have experience of the MS Office toolset, especially Word, Excel and Outlook. It is essential that they have good organisational skills, are happy with some cold calling and have the ability to communicate with confidence. The primary focus of the role is maintaining and recording contact with prospective employment candidates on behalf of our clients - both contract and permanent staff. The Resourcer will be required to update the candidate database and keep in contact with the candidates via telephone and email on a daily basis. This role will also require liaison with clients, the arrangement of telephone and face to face interviews, running selection tests for candidates and managing the selection process to ensure the right people are taken on when needed. Hours are 9.00 - 5.30 weekdays with 20 days holiday per year. Good prospects for the right candidate. |
