e-testing Privacy Policy

1. We will respect your email and postal mail privacy. You will not receive unsolicited mail from e-testing and/or from third parties screened by e-testing unless you have agreed to this.

2. We will not pass on any individual user details (including your email address) unless we have your prior consent.

3. If you have indicated that you wish to be kept up to date with training courses and offers, your personal details will be included in a database compiled for direct marketing purposes. From time to time, you may receive direct marketing information from us.

4. e-testing will not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others unless you have given us your permission. With your permission we will only share the information with carefully chosen, reputable and trustworthy third parties.

5. If you have indicated that you wish to be kept up to date with training courses and offers from e-testing but subsequently change your mind, you should notify us at training@etesting.com. As soon after this as is reasonably practicable, we will remove your details from the relevant database. Should we elect to change our privacy policy we will post the changes here. Where the changes are significant, we may also choose to email you with the new details.
