e-testing has supplied testing resources to meet both specific short and longer term needs to offshore outsource testing requirements. We also have had experience as the interface between the client and the outsource partner, a service that adds significant value at an early stage and ensures that testing projects stay on track, from day one, without the ‘project drift’ that is so common on outsourced operations as they get started. Using e-testing to manage offshore testing projects ensured a seamless transition from onshore to offshore testing. The risks are managed, based on our experience of outsourcing and testing and reports are provided in an agreed format, at regular intervals as required by the client. Nominated individuals within e-testing take responsibility for the project(s) to be outsourced, to ensure that the client always has a central point of contact.
