BCS e-Professional

The BCS e-professional service allows training delegates to easily view their record of software testing achievements. By using the service, you can access your exam results, applicable feedback and those all-important certification documents.

How it works
When e-testing order your exam paper, we provide the BCS with the email address you gave us at the time of booking. Leading up to your training and exam, the BCS will email you a link to create your account in their online candidate portal. All you have to do is complete the registration form, the details of which will be used to produce your exam results and certifications.

You should aim to register on the BCS e-Professional portal before your course begins. If you do not register your details prior to sitting an exam, the BCS will withhold your results until they are supplied with the required information.

To access the BCS’ online portal, you need to keep using the same email address you initially used to register. Changing your email address will require support from the BCS directly. For information on how to get in touch with them, please refer to the BCS website.

How long does it take to get my results?
Results are sent by the BCS, directly to your registered email address. This is usually within 10 business days for exams taken in the UK, and 14 business days for exams taken outside of the UK. This is an approximate timescale, which can fluctuate.

e-Certificates
The BCS will email you when your e-certificate is available to download from their e-Professional portal. Again, if you do not receive any notification, please contact the BCS directly using the email address or phone number listed above.

Paper Certificates
Paper certificates are available for a fee of £15.00 for UK delegates and £20.00 for International delegates. If you would like to arrange this, please contact our training administrators using the following methods:
